Visiting the ASC
Check in on TutorTracEvery time you visit the ASC, check in and out on the computer using our TutorTrac software. Enter your student ID and tell us for which subject you are visiting and the reason for your visit. This is how your instructors know you are visiting the ASC for assistance. If you are visiting for more than one subject, choose the primary purpose for your visit.
Get Help from a TutorYou are welcome to sit at any of the tables in the ASC. Make yourself comfortable and once you are ready to get assistance from a tutor, visit the desk or table where the tutor is sitting. Desks and tables are labeled with the subject in which a tutor can assist. Please limit each interaction with a tutor to 10 minutes. You may work with a tutor multiple times during your visit, but please be considerate of your fellow students who also need assistance.
Borrow ResourcesThe ASC has many resources available to students. Textbooks and solutions manuals for select courses are available to check out. For science, many anatomy models and charts are available, as well as microscopes with slides. The microscopes and slides can be checked out at the science tutor desk. These items are for use in the ASC.
